I’m not bored enough
for the pile of gray rocks
I’ve crumbled into
to reshape themselves
and have a look around.
Still the pebbles vibrate
on the wooden floor
from all the noise
outside from everybody’s
feed.
There’s almost no room
to walk with all the amplifiers
growing to the point of passing
towers in their heights.
Or the big screens glowing
over all the moonlight
in a judo match
to seep into your eyes.
I hope you’ll hear me somehow
like an old song in an old car
with a new friend you are
trying to be more with.
And the highway becomes barren
leaving nothing else left
standing in the way.
Or meteors fall
erasing all the satellites
until our only entertainment
is each other.
